Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like intimate apparel and earrings are final sale unless defective.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BIG Pharmacy account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
